- 7 Cups Shredded Cabbage – Or 2 10 Ounce Bags Pre-Shredded Coleslaw
- ½ Cup Red Onion
- 1–2 Jalapenos – Chopped – With or Without Seeds
- ¼ Cup Lime Juice
- ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 + ½ Teaspoons Sea Salt
Instructions
- Chop onion, jalapenos & prep cabbage.
- Combine lime juice, vinegar & oil – set aside.
- Mix together & refrigerate for an hour before serving.
- Add Salt & Pepper To Taste
