Cooking Spray or Butter
Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a regular size muffin tin with spray or butter
- Crack your eggs directly into the tin (I used one egg per cup)
- Season with salt and pepper if you want to
- Bake for 15 minutes – or 13 if you prefer a runny yolk
