12 Eggs 

Cooking Spray or Butter 

Salt & Pepper (To Taste) 


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Grease a regular size muffin tin with spray or butter 
  • Crack your eggs directly into the tin (I used one egg per cup) 
  • Season with salt and pepper if you want to 
  • Bake for 15 minutes – or 13 if you prefer a runny yolk
