- ¼ Cup Confectioners Erythritol
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Then combine cream cheese, coconut oil, erythritol, and vanilla in a large bowl using a hand mixer or, if you’re feeling fancy – use a stand mixer.
Put the mixture into a fat bomb mold or an ice cube tray mold or a mini muffin tin or if you have none of those items – scoop little balls out onto a cookie sheet and freeze for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
