Question: What could be better than an easy keto dinner recipe?
Answer: A family-friendly keto dinner recipe that’s as easy as it is cheap!
I’m happy to say this taco soup recipe is ALL OF THE ABOVE!
Lately, I’ve been receiving a lot of emails from you guys & it’s clear that you need more family-style meals that YOU can happily serve to your family & enjoy on the keto diet! Nobody wants to cook two dinners! Some days I don’t want to cook one!
This recipe is one everyone at your dinner table-even the picky eaters-will love & with only 4.7 net carbs per bowl, YOU will love it too! It’s even better the next day so you may want to cook a double batch for leftovers OR lunch!
No Slow Cooker? No Problem!
If you’re crunched for time or don’t have a crockpot you can still enjoy this recipe! Just cook it all on the stovetop! It takes around 20 minutes from start to finish!
Another fab reason to love this recipe is you can make it ahead & freeze for later! If you do, I’d hold off on the cream cheese & plan on adding it in when you reheat it. Just make sure you allow the soup to cool before you freeze. It’s also not a bad idea to label your freezer bag or container with the following info:
- Name of Recipe
- Use By Date: (3 Months From Day You Cooked)
- Reheating Instructions: Thaw Overnight & Reheat On Stovetop OR Crockpot
- Notes: Add in Cream Cheese!
Ready for the recipe? Thought so!
