Ingredients
4 Haas Avocados – Peeled & Diced
2 Small Roma Tomatoes
4 TBSP Fresh Lime
3 TSP Cilantro
3 TBSP Red Onion
4 TSP Olive Oil
1 Diced Jalapeno (Optional)
1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place avocado, lime juice, cilantro, red onion, tomatoes & diced jalapeño into a bowl. Toss in olive oil & season with pepper & sea salt to taste.
*Shortcut: For a less chunky guacamole, mix all ingredients in a food processor!
Notes
Variations: Add in 6-8 slices of cooked bacon & crumble over top
