This recipe for keto peanut butter balls is an easy no-bake dessert that comes together in a few minutes using 3-ingredients. It’s perfect for low carb, Paleo, and vegan diets with only 1.8 net carbs per ball! 



  • Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender. Technically, you could mix by hand, but it will take you a while.
  • Line a pan with wax paper and then scoop out 40 balls using a mini cookie scoop. If you don’t have one, use a teaspoon. They do not have to look perfect, and chances are they probably won’t. But that’s ok, as long as they’re delicious, right? 
  • Finally, let these set in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. 
  • Store in the freezer.
