That may sound extreme, but it’s not that tough once you get the hang of it. How do I know? Well, I’ve lost over 80 pounds using the ketogenic diet! Giving up bread, pasta, and basically, everything with sugar in it was a struggle at first, but let me tell you, it’s so worth it!
Thanks to the filling effect of fats and proteins, hunger isn’t typically an issue on the ketogenic diet, but if you don’t prepare your pantry ahead of time, a moment of weakness can throw your body out of ketosis and you into a state of panic.
