Description

Make the best homemade keto whipped cream in less than 10 minutes with 2 ingredients. This low carb whipped cream recipe makes a fabulous topping for desserts and drinks, but it is equally amazing as a stand-alone dessert with next to no carbs.

Ingredients

Scale

1 Cup Cold Heavy Cream

1 Tablespoon Confectioners Erythritol (I used So Nourished)

Instructions

Use a hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment to blend heavy cream, erythritol, and vanilla on low speed. (About 2 minutes)

Increase speed to medium-high – add in the optional dissolved gelatin – and beat on high for a few more minutes – until stiff peaks form (also known as that thing when you take the mixer out of the bowl, and the whipped cream holds its shape)

Or put all ingredients in a food processor for 5 minutes and make life easier on yourself!

Notes

Variations – Add these ingredients directly into the mix & make magic happen!

Bulletproof Coffee Whipped Cream: Dissolve 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee into 2 Teaspoons Heavy Cream

Vanilla Cream: Add 1/2 – 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Whipped Cream: Add 1-2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Peppermint: Add 1 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract

Make It Boozey

Add 1 Tablespoon Bourbon
