- 7 Cups Shredded Cabbage ( Or 2 10-Ounce Bags Pre-Shredded Coleslaw Mix)
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 -2 Jalapeños, Seeded and Chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, Grated or Pressed
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion – Thinly Sliced
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro (Optional)
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Fresh Chives
- 1/4 Cup Parsley
- Sea Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- First, rinse & chop jalapenos & remove the seeds. (For more spice-keep the seeds)
- Chop onion – set aside.
- Combine mayo, sour cream, & lime juice.
- Add in garlic & jalapeno.
- Add cabbage & season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Refrigerate for an hour or more before serving!
