With a simple, creamy blend of mayonnaise & sour cream with fresh lime juice, jalapenos & red onion this Keto Coleslaw is the perfect combination of sweet & spicy! This low carb slaw comes together in minutes & makes the perfect keto summer side dish with 2.6 net carbs per serving! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 7 Cups Shredded Cabbage ( Or 2 10-Ounce Bags Pre-Shredded Coleslaw Mix) 
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 -2 Jalapeños, Seeded and Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Grated or Pressed
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion – Thinly Sliced
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro (Optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Fresh Chives
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • First, rinse & chop jalapenos & remove the seeds. (For more spice-keep the seeds) 
  • Chop onion – set aside. 
  • Combine mayo, sour cream, & lime juice. 
  • Add in garlic & jalapeno. 
  • Add cabbage & season to taste with salt & pepper. 
  • Refrigerate for an hour or more before serving!  
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
