  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • Combine peanut butter, granular Erythritol, and egg in a medium bowl. Or mix it all in a food processor until smooth. 
  • Spoon out 1 Tablespoon size amounts of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. (About an inch apart) 
  • Flatten each with a fork 
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
