Description

This Jillian Michaels Detox Water Recipe is the famous flat belly tea for weight loss made with dandelion tea, water, lemon, and cranberry. 


Ingredients

  • Two tablespoons lemon juice – This needs to be 100% lemon juice. Fresh is preferred, but bottled is fine as long as it is 100% no sugar added lemon juice.  
  • One tablespoon cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail – which has added sugar and that’s what you’re trying to stay away from) 
  • One organic dandelion root tea bag 
  • 7.5 cups (60 ounces) water

Instructions

Brew the tea and let it cool. (You can put it in the fridge to make it cool faster.)

Then mix the tea with the lemon, cranberry, and water and store it in the fridge.

Drink it every day for seven days.
