- 2 tablespoons confectioners erythritol
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (measured solid)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Start by melting the coconut oil in your mug or ramekin. That’ll take you anywhere between 35-45 seconds, depending on how strong your microwave is:)
Next, stir in the vanilla.
