- 1 Egg

Savory Cheddar Chaffle Recipe
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Blueberry Chaffles
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon almond flour (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Parmesan Garlic Chaffles
- ½ cup mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 minced garlic clove or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
Strawberry Chaffle
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2–3 sliced strawberries
- 1 teaspoon strawberry extract
Cinnamon Chaffles
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Buttered Cinnamon Bun Chaffle with Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients for Cinnamon Bun Chaffle
- 2 oz (4 tablespoons) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Flour
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tablespoon Granular Erythritol or Monk Fruit Classic
- 1 Tablespoon Sukrin Gold or Monk Fruit Golden
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Ingredients for Buttered Cinnamon Sugar Swirl
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Granular Erythritol or Monk Fruit Classic
Ingredients for Cream Cheese Icing:
- 1 Tablespoon cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1.5 Tablespoons of Powdered Erythritol or Monk Fruit Powdered
Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron
Whisk egg and cheese and add any additional ingredients
Pour half of the batter into your waffle iron (1/2 cup for standard-sized chaffles, 1/4 cup for mini) and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from waffle iron and allow it to cool – chaffles get crispy as they cool:)
To freeze, place your chaffles in a freezer bag separated with wax paper, so they don’t stick together. Defrost in the microwave or in your air fryer set at 300 for 2-3 minutes.
Notes
Blueberry Chaffles: Combine egg and cheese. Add in optional ingredients and blueberries and place half of the batter into a mini waffle iron. Cook for 2-3 minutes and repeat with the remaining batter.
Garlic Parmesan Chaffles: Turn on your waffle iron and spray it with a little coconut oil or your favorite keto-friendly nonstick spray. (Coconut is my go-to:) Combine ingredients and place half the batter in the mini waffle maker for 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Strawberry Cake Chaffles: Whisk the egg, then add in the cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Place half of the mixture into a mini waffle maker Then carefully place 2-3 sliced strawberries toward the center and cook for 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Cinnamon Chaffles: In a small bowl, whisk the egg and mozzarella cheese together. Then add the vanilla and cinnamon. Place half of the mixture into a mini waffle maker for 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Buttered Cinnamon Bun Chaffle: (Makes 4) Combine cream cheese, eggs, one tablespoon melted butter, almond flour, vanilla, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, Erythritol, and Sukrin Gold. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine butter, cinnamon, and two teaspoons erythritol. Microwave for ten-second intervals until butter is melted.
Spray waffle iron with keto-friendly cooking spray and add batter, then drizzle the Butter Sugar swirl around on top.
Cook 4 to 5 mins
For the icing: combine cream cheese, butter, and powdered erythritol and microwave for ten-second intervals until it has a smooth consistency like icing. Drizzle over chaffles and enjoy for breakfast or dessert!
