The 7 Most Random YouTube Videos That’ll Instantly Change Your Vibration (Or At Least Make You Question Your Reality)

An And Something More Post.

Full disclosure: I’m about to give you way too much insight into my twisted little mind. But as a women’s health coach, I can assure you – with complete professional confidence – that knowing what makes your freak flag fly is the same as knowing what to do (or in this case, what to watch) when life has you by the proverbial ballsack.

Or when you develop kidney stones.

Either way, these are my go-to favorites. Watch them. Bookmark them. You can thank me later.

(And if you’re new here: yes, this is what you can expect. Welcome.)

1. Natalie Portman’s SNL Rap

For those days you need someone to remind you that it’s cool to believe in yourself – and that no, you are NOT the only one who recognizes mass asshattery in the world.

She went to Harvard. She has an Oscar. And she will still end you. Patron saint of the secretly-feral high achiever. We love her here.

2. The Bridesmaids Bathroom Scene

First, do you see what I did with the numbers there?

Second, this one is for when you’re having One Of Those Days. The kind where everything is technically fine but you feel like you’re wearing your skin inside out. Watch it. Then notice your vibe afterward. You’re welcome.

3. Mansplaining, Explained by JP Sears

Because. Mansplaining.

That’s the whole entry. If you’ve ever had a man explain your own job/body/feelings/area of literal expertise back to you slowly, this is your medicine.

4. SNL Close Encounter (Kate McKinnon)

Perfect for those days when everyone around you is clearly playing in another field entirely. You know the days. When you’re having one experience and the people around you are having a completely different, deeply unhinged one.

Kate McKinnon understands. Kate McKinnon has been there.

5. The Original Funny or Die Will Ferrell (“The Landlord”)

Warning: Watching this on repeat results in crazy wicked high manifestation vibes – especially on the days you’re convinced everyone is out to get you.

Hi, Pearl. 🥃

6. Lonely Island — “Jack Sparrow”

The build. The betrayal. Michael Bolton refusing to read the room. This is what it feels like inside my brain on a normal Tuesday and I find that comforting. May you find it comforting too.

7. Natalie Portman. Again.

Close end.

Look, she earned two spots. There are two raps (the 2006 original AND the 2018 sequel, where she stabs the interviewer with a Time’s Up pin), so really I’m just being thorough. Watch whichever one matches your rage level that day. And don’t forget to opt for these healthy snacks in lieu of Tide pods:)

BONUS: In Case of a Superbad Day — Iliza Shlesinger, “All the Tiny Dogs”

Some days aren’t just bad. They’re Superbad. The kind where a regular video won’t cut it and you need to be physically removed from your own spiral by the sheer force of someone else’s chaos.

That’s what this is for. Iliza doing the tiny-dogs bit is the emergency flare. Break glass, hit play, lose it completely. By the end you will have forgotten what you were even mad about.

This one’s not in the count because it operates on a different frequency entirely. It’s not vibration-raising. It’s vibration-defibrillating.

And Something More

Here’s the actual health-coach point buried in all this nonsense: your nervous system doesn’t only respond to green juice and breathwork. Sometimes the fastest way to shift your state is to laugh so hard at something gloriously stupid that your body forgets it was bracing for impact.

That’s not avoidance. That’s regulation. Laughter drops cortisol, resets your vagus nerve, and reminds your body it’s safe. The diet industry won’t sell you that because they can’t bottle it, but I’ll tell you for free.

So the next time life has you by the ballsack (or the kidney stones), you have a prescription. Seven of them, actually.

Save this post. Send it to the friend who needs it. And go raise your vibration in the most outrageous, and yes, even rebellious way possible.
