What Is The 21 Day Fix?

The 21 Day Fix diet is a popular weight loss/healthy living lifestyle that millions of people have adopted with great success.

One of the reasons the 21 Day Fix is effective (and popular) is that it doesn’t require you to eliminate entire food groups from your diet.

On a 21 Day Fix you focus on the quality of food you eat using portion control along with a color-coded meal prep system.

Not to say that makes this diet easy.

I cringe every time I see an “easy” anywhere close to the word diet, because losing weight is never simple.

I know, I’ve lost 100 pounds.

But we all want to make life a little easier when we can, where we can right?

Let’s make life (and breakfast and dinner) easier with 28 fabulous 21 Day Fix crockpot recipes. All of these are perfect for meal prepping, and most keep well in the freezer.
