When I started the keto diet seven years ago, making keto freezer meals was the last thing I had on my mind! I had no idea that prepping my meals ahead and batch cooking ingredients on the weekends would contribute significantly to my weight loss.
That was 148 pounds and 100 meal prep Sundays ago.

When you start a low carb diet like keto, you spend a lot of time learning what you can and cannot eat, reading labels at the store, and calculating macros.
A lot of time.
Which is enough work even if you don’t have a full-time job or a family to feed.
Add in an actual life, plus trying to stay on a budget, and you’ve got a trifecta of reasons to give up before you get started.
Don’t give up! I lost the weight, and I learned how to meal prep and freeze food after my 40th birthday.
If I can do it, you can too!
By planning and making your meals ahead you’ll save money, time, and always have a freezer full of go-to breakfasts, snacks, and dinners for whenever hunger hits!
