I could go on & on (& I have before) about all of the various merits and benefits of the keto diet. You know, how it reduces your appetite, increases your energy, focus, and improves your skin and physical endurance?
But you know what else I love about keto? Dessert!
I’m not sure I would have committed to the keto diet for six years if it required me to give up on chocolate! Sure, you have to make adjustments – swapping all-purpose flour to almond flour and using sugar-free chocolate chips instead of Hershey’s, but in the long run, it is so worth it.
